I'm UX Master Certified by Nielsen Norman Group, and I've been working with enterprises and startups in the USA, Europe, the UK, and Canada. I'm also doing an online Master's in Design Management at Northumbria University UK.
I work with a balance of business goals, user needs, and technology. I like using user-centered design, different research methods, and workshops to define better problem statements, validate the hypothesis, and design solutions.
