Payment, cancellation and refunds

What you pay, when, and what comes back if you stop

Every Felipe IxD package has a fixed price, agreed in a written scope before any money changes hands. This page sets out how that price is paid, what each stage of a job is worth, and what is refunded if you cancel. Nothing is charged through this website; payment links are sent by e-mail once you have accepted a scope.

Prices

  • Interface audit (one product flow): €1,200
  • Clickable prototype (one user flow): €2,400
  • Component sheet (up to 30 components): €3,200
  • Extra flow on an audit: €450 each

The deposit and the stages

Each job is paid in two halves. The deposit — half the total in the scope — is paid when you accept the scope, and work starts when it arrives. The second half is paid at hand-over, when the files, notes and walk-through are delivered. For example, an audit with one extra flow totals €1,650: a deposit of €825, then €825 at hand-over.

Between those points a job passes three stages, and the stage decides any refund: before work starts (deposit paid, nothing drawn yet); in progress (work started, the mid-point checkpoint not yet reached); and past the mid-point (the checkpoint review or first test session has taken place).

If you cancel

  • Before work starts: the deposit is refunded in full.
  • In progress, before the mid-point: half of the deposit is refunded; you receive what has been drawn so far.
  • Past the mid-point: the deposit is kept and nothing further is owed; you receive everything drawn up to the day of cancellation.
  • After hand-over: the work is complete and the second half is due.

To cancel, write to [email protected]. The date of your e-mail fixes the stage. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within fourteen days of the cancellation e-mail.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in every package, after the checkpoint or test sessions set out in the scope. A round is one consolidated set of comments from your team. A third round, or a change that alters the scope — a new flow, extra components — is quoted in writing before it starts, and you may decline it.

If the studio cannot deliver

If we cannot hand over by the date in the scope, the studio writes to you the day the slip becomes clear and proposes a revised date. You may accept it, or cancel and receive a full refund of everything paid, with the work so far handed over at no charge. If illness or anything else stops the studio from finishing at all, the same full refund applies.
