Terms of use
Terms of use, felipeixd.com
Revised on 27 October 2026.
felipeixd.com belongs to Felipe IxD, an interaction-design studio in Porto, Portugal. Browsing it means agreeing to the conditions below; anyone who disagrees should leave the site.
Purpose of the site
A catalogue of three fixed-price design packages, priced in euros, plus a form for requesting a written scope. Package descriptions are correct on the revision date, yet a description by itself is not an offer capable of acceptance.
A request is not yet an agreement
A submitted form or an e-mail counts only as a request. Agreement begins when the studio has issued a written scope and you have accepted it in writing. From then on that scope, read together with the payment and refunds page, fixes the work, the hand-over date, the price and the cancellation rules.
Fair use of the site
Not permitted: sending material that is unlawful, abusive or deceptive; attempting to probe, overload or break the site; copying it wholesale by automated means; entering someone else's details without their consent.
Who owns what
Words, page design, drawings and the icon set here are the studio's own work. Photographs remain their makers' property and appear under the licences in the credits list below. Design files produced under a package transfer to the customer when the final instalment is paid, exactly as that customer's scope records.
Limits of responsibility
The site is offered as it stands. Reasonable care goes into its accuracy and uptime, but the studio accepts no responsibility for loss caused by relying on it or by its being offline, save where the law forbids such an exclusion. No clause here excludes responsibility for fraud, nor for death or personal injury caused through negligence.
Applicable law
Portuguese law governs these conditions and the courts of Porto hear any dispute; consumer protections granted by the law of your country of residence stay intact.
Revisions
The studio may revise these conditions, and the revision date above always marks the current text. Questions: [email protected].
